ABOUT AURELIUS

We serve active military, veterans and first responders suffering from PTSD and depression. Our program is 100% confidential, stigma-free and free of charge.

We are based just outside Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where over 100,000 veterans, military and first responders call home. Our mission and program is inspired by Marcus Aurelius and his passage “What stands in the way becomes the way.” We believe that your greatest setback can lead to your greatest triumph and post-traumatic growth.

Aurelius offers an integrated twelve (12) week Mind, Body and Soul Program. By providing a holistic program with treatments seamlessly integrated over the twelve (12) weeks, we believe we are able to achieve stronger results vs. offering one mental health treatment at a time.

Mind

Drug-free and non-invasive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
1 on 1 mental health counseling

Body

1 on 1 performance coaching with our exercise physiologists
Bio-marker (blood) testing and nutritional coaching
Training and sleep results are tracked with Whoop

Adventure trips in nature such as Hiking, Biking, Mountain Climbing and Kayaking
